Once your order is received, I’ll personally reach out with a wedding questionnaire to gather everything needed to personalize your suite. We’ll review your wording, guest count, color selections, and any finishing details you’ve chosen creating a suite that reflects your vision while remaining true to the original collection.

PERFECT EVERY DETAIL
Using the information you’ve provided, I’ll prepare your first digital proof for review. You’ll have the opportunity to carefully review and request revisions until everything feels exactly right. Nothing is sent to print until you’ve given your final approval, so you can feel completely confident before production begins.

After your final proof has been approved, your suite begins its journey from screen to paper. Every piece is professionally printed using carefully selected materials chosen to complement your collection. Once printed, each suite is inspected, hand assembled, and packaged before making its way to your doorstep.

When should I order?
Curated Collections are designed for couples who want the ease of a streamlined process without compromising on luxury. We recommend placing your order approximately 2–3 months before you plan to mail your invitations. This allows plenty of time for personalization, proofing, printing, and assembly while keeping the experience relaxed and enjoyable.
MAIL YOUR INVITATIONS
When should I send my stationery?
Save the Dates are typically mailed 6–8 months before your wedding, or 8–12 months in advance for destination celebrations.
Invitations are traditionally mailed 8–12 weeks before your wedding. If many of your guests are traveling or your celebration falls during a holiday weekend, sending them a little earlier is always a thoughtful idea.

What happens after I approve my proof?
Once your final proof has been approved, your suite begins its journey from screen to paper. Every piece is printed, carefully inspected, hand assembled, and thoughtfully packaged before arriving at your doorstep. Taking the time to perfect each stage ensures your invitations feel just as beautiful in your hands as they did in your imagination.

One invitation is typically ordered per household rather than per guest. We recommend adding 5–10 extra suites to your order for keepsakes, your photographer, and any last-minute additions. If you’re unsure how many you’ll need, we’re happy to help you determine the right quantity before you place your order.

Yes! Guest addressing is included with our Signature and Heirloom Collection packages, making your invitations feel polished from the moment they arrive in your guests’ mailboxes. If you’ve selected our Classic Collection, guest addressing can be added as an optional upgrade. Once your order is placed, we’ll provide a simple spreadsheet template to help you submit your guest list accurately.
